The Key Equipment will be exported to Istanbul till March 2020 and other equipment supply contract will be conducted from January 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2- Sulphonation<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Sulphonation plant capacity is about 24 thousand tons per year, since 2-moles Fatty Alcohol Ethoxylate is one of the Ethoxylation plant products, Optimal Company has decided to implement a Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate plant to complete the complex value chain and in order to supply the Turkey\u2019s market demand.<br \/>\nSodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate is one of the most widely used products in the detergent industry. Therefore, the implementation of this project will be an effective strategy to meet the country&#8217;s needs and achieve the goals of self-sufficiency.<br \/>\nThe License and Know-How contract of Sulphonation plant is conducted with Binacchi an Italian Company with the nominal production capacity of about 3 t\/h and the Basic Engineering Package is in progress. The Key Equipment will be exported to Istanbul till March 2020 and other equipment supply contract will be conducted from January 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3- Glycerin Purification<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Glycerin Purification plant capacity is about 16 thousand tons per year. Glycerin Purification is a by-product of biodiesel, fatty acid and soap production units with a purity of about 70-80 percent after extraction. In order to use glycerin in various industries including food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemicals, a purification process is required. Optimal Company has decided to implement a Glycerin Purification plant with the aim of producing pharmaceutical grade glycerin and meet the domestic requirements and to supply the Turkey\u2019s market demand.<br \/>\nThe license and Know-How contract of Glycerin Purification plant is conducted with CMB an Italian company with the nominal production capacity of about of 2 t\/h and the Basic Engineering Package is in progress. The Key Equipment will be exported to Istanbul till March 2020 and other equipment supply contract will be conducted from January 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4- MDEA<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Methyl Di-Ethanol Amine plant capacity is about 15 thousand tons per year. MDEA solvent is used as a CO2 and H2S absorbent in gas and oil refineries for sweetening sour gas and petrochemical complexes for urea production. Currently, this company is under negotiating with well-known MDEA plant Licensor (Engineering provider) in order to produce 1.8 t\/h of MDEA solvent.<br \/>\nOptimal Company has decided to implement a MDEA production plant in order to supply the Turkey\u2019s market demand.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5- Glycol Ether<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nGlycol Ether plant capacity is about 10 thousand tons per year. Ethoxylates net trade balance including Fatty Alcohols Ethoxylates, Nonyl Phenols Ethoxylates and Liquid Polyethylene Glycols in 2018 is presented as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Fatty Alcohols Ethoxylates: minus 38 thousand tons per year (shortage)<\/p>\n<p>Nonyl Phenols Ethoxylates: minus 3 thousand tons per year (shortage)<\/p>\n<p>Liquid Polyethylene Glycols: minus 16 thousand tons per year (shortage)<\/p>\n<p>According to the abovementioned statistics, net trade balance shows a negative amount which means that implementing Ethoxylation plant with nominal production capacity of 20 thousand tons per year would satisfy a noticeable amount of products&#8217; deficiency in Turkey.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sulphonation<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the statistics obtained from Trademap website, Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate net trade balance in 2018 is about plus 1 thousand tons per year. Consequently, implementing Sulphonation plant with nominal production capacity of 24 thousand tons per year not only satisfies domestic demand, but also a large portion of company&#8217;s production is dedicated to export markets.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Glycerin Purification<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the statistics obtained from Trademap website, pure Glycerin net trade balance in 2018 is about minus 22 thousand tons per year. Implementation of Glycerin Purification plant with nominal production capacity of 16 thousand tons per year would satisfy a noticeable amount of products&#8217; deficiency in Turkey.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">MDEA<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the statistics obtained from Trademap website, MDEA net trade balance in 2018 is about minus 4 thousand tons per year. Implementation of MDEA plant with nominal production capacity of 20 thousand tons per year would reverse its trade trend in such a way that in addition to meeting the domestic demand, a portion of company&#8217;s production would supply other countries\u00a0 demand such as Russia, Qatar, etc. that have oil and gas refineries.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Glycol Ethers<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the statistics obtained from Trademap website, Glycol Ethers net trade balance in 2018 is about minus 14 thousand tons per year.
